Program Objective -
The focus of the Upper Valley Hawks Coaching Staff, will be on teaching the basic fundamentals of each position in football. Learning proper tackling techniques, stances, alighnments, keys to each position, positional drills and our team system. This will be vital in our team success and the success of each player in his football developement. We will run a WE not ME system, built on teamwork, discipline, hard work and good sportsmanship. We look forward to coaching Upper Valley youth football this upcoming 2009 season.
